Will an EmailFilm automatically play when the email is opened?
  • Yes it will automatically play in all servers except for Outlook '07. That will only show the first frame which is equivalent to a still image.

Why is there a play button on the EmailFilm?

  • That is used for a call to action. A viewer is attracted to the video therefore the play button lets them know the EmailFilm is a link.
How many times does the EmailFilm play?
  • The EmailFilm is programmed to play three times to attract the viewers attention but not to distract them away from reading the text.
