| How do you put an EmailFilm into an email campaign? |
- Just as easily as you put a still image into the HTML. You simply replace the image with the .gif.

- That is used to immediately grab the attention of the viewer and make the change from the end to the beginning more attractive.

| Will an EmailFilm automatically play when the email is opened? |
- Yes it will automatically play in all servers except for Outlook '07. That will only show the first frame which is equivalent to a still image.

Why is there a play button on the EmailFilm? |
- That is used for a call to action. A viewer is attracted to the video therefore the play button lets them know the EmailFilm is a link.

| How many times does the EmailFilm play? |
- The EmailFilm is programmed to play three times to attract the viewers attention but not to distract them away from reading the text.
